For the past 25 years, CMC Sheet Metal, Inc. has performed sheet metal projects ranging from $100 to over $6 million, with an average annual sales volume of $11.5 million per year over the past five years. Smaller projects valued at or below $45,000 accounted for an average $1.1 million of this volume per year.

Our fabrication facilities are in two buildings totaling 47,000 square feet, situated on two and one-half acres. We are capable of rolling, forming and braking sheet metal products up to ten-gauge. Our shop is equipped with state of the art sheet metal fabricating equipment including two Vulcan 2400 Plasma Arc Cutters, various 100 feet per minute roll-forming machines, and 300 amp high frequency welding machines for stainless steel and aluminum.

We have an excellent specialty shop and can fabricate most items in the sheet metal line including automatic dampers, fire dampers, access doors, convector covers, stainless steel hoods, sump pans, eliminator blades, aluminum and galvanized louvers, breachings, electrical cabinets, and junction boxes.

CMC's Drafting Department is fully computerized which enables our draftsman to produce accurate coordinated shop drawings. Once completed, these documents can be directly down loaded to our plasma cutting equipment for fabrication.

We are a NEMI certified Energy Management Contractor. With our NEMI certified technicians and the engineers at the National Energy Management Institute we can provide the necessary services to reduce energy costs. These services include a complete evaluation and report of the facility's energy use and recommendations for energy savings, the complete energy retrofit of the facility, the regular monitoring of the facility after the retrofit work is complete in order to guarantee the warranted energy savings, and the capability to assist in any indoor air quality problems.

CMC prides itself on service. We have seven project managers in our office, each handling projects on an individual basis. They supervise the drafting of their projects and coordinate, manage, and invoice their own work. We have seven radio equipped company trucks fully equipped to handle most small projects. Our foremen use digital trunked radios for easy communications with our office and for quick response to our customers' needs.
