NEW AND IMPROVED
NEW SPIRAL DUCT MACHINE
This machine will provide CMC with efficient set-up and self diagnostics at our finger tips. In addition to the Spiral Smart Technology, automatic spiral pipe machines also come standard with accurate and precision cutting and compact design that allow for transporting. Producing the highest quality spiral ducts, which meet the needs of many industries, is our goal.
GORELOCKER COMBI-T MACHINE
With the Gorelocker CMC will produce standing lock seam elbows and reducers. The high flexibility is achieved by means of 2 separate workstations: a flanging station and seam closing station. The machine will stay ready for operation without time-consuming conversion. The standing seam reduces welding to just one longitudinal seam and improves rigidity.

CMC Sheet Metal has continually invested in leading edge fabrication equipment. Keeping pace with changing technology has given us a competitive advantage that's hard to beat. Our 45,000 square foot state-of-the-art fabrication facility is situated on two and one-half acres and is equipment with the top machines.
Our Estimating, Drafting, Project Management, Fabrication and Accounting Departments are networked by computer. We use a customized estimating program to produce accurate and comprehensive budgets. Our drafting department prepares custom shop drawings using the latest CAD technology. This data is fed directly into our Plasma Arc Cutting equipment, removing many steps in the fabrication process.
CMC Sheet Metal is constantly on the look-out for new production methods that save time and money while providing the highest quality sheet metal fabrication and installation in the industry. That's why, after 40 years, we are considered one of the most responsive subcontractors in the region.
